Connecting a new solar or storage project to the grid takes years, and most of that time is spent on studies, paperwork, and waiting for a utility engineer. Voltage automates the modelling and application work that sits between a signed lease and an approved connection.
The customer is the developer, but the beneficiary is the utility, which gets cleaner submissions and fewer rounds of review. Interconnection queues are the single largest bottleneck in clean energy deployment right now.
Most climate software we see is a dashboard. Voltage picked the least glamorous part of the problem and the one where a queue of gigawatts is actually stuck. Ingrid spent six years inside a Nordic transmission operator, which is not a background you can fake.
